Kristen Pogozelski Recognized at Lafayette's All-College Honors Convocation

Kristen Pogozelski of Shamong was honored by Lafayette College for academic excellence at the annual All-College Honors Convocation. Awards and prizes were presented to 138 students in all four of Lafayette's academic divisions -- engineering, humanities, natural sciences, and social sciences.

Kristen, Class of 2016, a graduate of Seneca High School, is the recipient of the Donald U. Noblett Prize in Chemical Engineering, Given to the outstanding senior chemical engineering major for achievement in chemistry by the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering; and the Lehigh Valley Section of the American Chemical Society Award, given to the outstanding senior chemical engineering major for achievement in chemistry.

Alvin Yearwood '83, a judge in the New York City Criminal Court and acting Bronx County Supreme Court justice, served as keynote speaker.
