Daniel Mills Recognized at Lafayette's All-College Honors Convocation

Daniel Mills of Folsom was honored by Lafayette College for academic excellence at the annual All-College Honors Convocation. Awards and prizes were presented to 129 students in all four of Lafayette's academic divisions -- engineering, humanities, natural sciences, and social sciences.

Daniel, Class of 2015 Excel Scholar, Marquis Scholar, a graduate of Ridley High School, received the Gilbert Prize, awarded annually to students who, in the judgment of the Department of English, have demonstrated superiority in English; and James Alexander Petrie Prize in French, awarded annually to students demonstrating a high degree of proficiency in French by the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures.

Lia Mandaglio Parifax '08, managing director of a global advisory firm specializing in LGBT talent and business development, served as keynote speaker.
